This 90 minute free course is aimed at non-profit organisations that are setting out on the path of engaging volunteers in their organisation or non-profit organisations that do not have systems in place to manage their volunteers successfully.
Topics for discussion include:
- Information on Cork Volunteer Centre
- What is volunteering?
- The volunteer management cycle
- Developing volunteer role descriptions, volunteer agreements and volunteer policy documents.
- Focus on recruiting and selecting volunteers.
This training is hosted by West Cork Development Partnership and facilitated by Cork Volunteer Centre.
