  • This modular course developed by the Environmental Health Officers’ Association (EHOA) will give your staff the information they need to anticipate potential problems and follow correct procedures with regard to food hygiene.Primary Food Hygiene is recommended for all food handlers in the workplace, or those seeking employment in hotels, bars, restaurants, crèches and food processing factories.Content: Introduction to Food Safety Microbiological Hazards Food Contamination HACCP Food Delivery and Storage HACCP Food preparation to cooking and service Personal Hygiene Food Premises and Equipment Food Pest and Control Cleaning and Disinfection Food Safety Law and Enforcement

    Certification:

    On successful completion of the course and exam, participants will be awarded with an EHOA Certificate in Primary Food Hygiene.
