| This is an exciting new pilot programme to stimulate the delivery of innovative energy efficiency projects at a community level. With a fund of €3M, the pilot projects will test the benefits of delivering energy performance upgrades through existing community groups/networks rather than targeting individual homeowners or businesses.It encourages local community groups, residents associations, business networks, Local Authorities, energy suppliers, contractors, etc. to work together to reduce energy consumption for the community as a whole.
