Volunteers have been trained to support unemployed people in their job-seeking endeavors, in particular using the web-site http://www.westcorkjobsupport.com and the resources contained within.
Resources available in Bandon Voluntary Employment Service are:
- Computers with Broadband Access
- Printing & Photo-copying for job-seeking purposes.
- Books, Pamphlets and similar Resource Materials for Job-seekers.
- Trained volunteers available to support the job-seekers.
- A jobs notice board and a training notice board for the Bandon area.
- Information on a wide variety of supports and services available for job-seekers and details of how to access them.
- A Training and Meeting Room is available for use.
